Refund Policy

Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. The refund has to be requested within 24 hours and please allow us 2-7 days to investigate each claim. Our sales and support will try to solve your issues and if you are not satisfied then we will refund issue.

We generate our leads through paid advertising and these platforms do not provide us with refunds, please understand that. Our pricing is low to account for the bad lead here and there. If you find any issue, we are available to help you solve the issue resulting from any number of reasons.

In the case the lead you purchased has a bad phone number or email and we couldn’t resolve the issue, we, AgentZip, will offer a full refund within 7 days of the purchase. However, since the leads are digitally delivered and are non-tangible goods, we can offer refund credits or partial only if the leads have a bad phone number or lead is the wrong person or truly missing contact details as advertised on the sales page of the item(s) you purchased.

If a lead does not respond to you or pick up your phone calls, that is not grounds for a refund. We have no control over how you approach leads and most importantly, we have no control over how leads respond.
